1. Training aid only

FlightIQ is a training aid. It is not a substitute for a certificated flight instructor (CFI), official weather briefings, or FAA guidance. You remain responsible for all decisions in the aircraft.

2. FlightIQ Pro subscriptions

FlightIQ Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3. Apple's standard EULA
